I just updated to the latest version and now it only shows 3 out of 4 cores in the taskbar. I tried restarting my PC and I tried to downgrade to the previous install.
The cores that shows seem to change every time I restart Core Temp. How can I fix this?

Click the small < arrow in the notification area, you should see the "missing" Core Temp icons there.
Drag one out and all should become visible again.
